Refund and Returns

We want you to love your purchase from More To Life! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help – within clear and fair guidelines that protect both you and us.  

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges  

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must: 

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn, and  returned in its original packaging. 
  • Be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. 
  • Include proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt). 

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted for return or exchange.  

Non-Refundable Items  

We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on items that: 

  • Have been unused, unwashed, and unworn, and returned unopened from their original packaging.
  • Are returned after the 7-day window, unless the product was damaged during shipping. 
  • Are listed as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase. 

Damaged or Faulty Items  

If your item arrives damaged or faulty due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos or additional details to assess the issue and will arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate. 

Refund Processing  

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
